B. 制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T19001）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书；B. The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification ISO9001（or GB/T19001）Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer. C．投标人应为所投货物的制造商。本次招标不接受代理商投标。C. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.D. 是否接受联合体投标：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE. 未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT AvailableF. 其它others: （2）资质要求及证明文件Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate A. 特种设备证书：投标人须提供蓄能器制造商的《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》或《中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证》，且证书在有效期内。证书批准范围覆盖本次招标的压力容器制造类范围。A. Special Equipment License : Bidder shall provide accumulator manufacturer's “special equipment production license of the people's Republic of China” or “special equipment manufacture license of the people's Republic of China”, and the certificate shall be within the validity period. The approval scope of the certificate shall covers the Pressure Vessel manufacturing scope of this bidding.（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:投标产品的制造商在中国境内具有LNG接收站项目或具有接收站性质的（即满足GB51156-2015液化天然气接收站工程设计规范）调峰站项目（需提供满足GB51156-2015液化天然气接收站工程设计规范2.0.2条液化天然气接收站要素的证明材料）的16英寸卸料臂供货业绩（业绩中16英寸标准表示卸料臂的内臂和外臂尺寸均达到16英寸或更大尺寸）。业绩证明文件包括：制造商名称、业绩合同关键页（至少包括：项目名称、合同首页、双方签字盖章页、货物名称、卸料臂的内臂和外臂尺寸）和到货验收材料。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现制造商名称、货物名称、项目名称、卸料臂的内臂和外臂尺寸及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。The manufacturer shall have the supply performance of 16-inch LNG unloading arm supply performance （In the performance, the inboard arm and outboard arm of the unloading arm are in 16 inches or larger） in China for LNG terminal project or peak shaving station project with the nature of a terminal (meets the requirements of GB51156-2015 LNG Terminal Engineering Design Specifications,and shall provide certification materials that meet the requirements of Article 2.0.2 of Code for Design of LNG Terminal Engineering GB51156-2015).The performance certification documents include: manufacturer's name,key pages of the performance contract (at least including: project name,the first page of the contract, the signature and seal pages of both parties, goods name,inboard arm size and outboard arm size of the unloading arm) and arrival acceptance materials.
