4. 购买招标文件时间：2022年02月07日起到2022年02月14日止。
5. 招标文件费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。
6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2022年03月01日09时30分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
1、投标人须为制造商，资格要求： 1）中国关境外制造商须在其所在地注册登记。 2）中国关境内制造商须具有营业执照；2、2017年1月1日（以合同签订时间为准）以来，投标人具有投标产品在4000m3以上高炉的供货业绩（供货业绩合同是指合同影印件，货物名称、高炉炉容及签章及签约时间页面须清晰可辨，必要时提供技术协议或业主证明材料）；3、由于项目复杂，技术要求高，任何希望参与本项目的投标人均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流，并签订技术协议。否则其投标将被拒绝。联系人：***，电话：18373141266；4、未列入宝武集团禁入名单的供应商。
