1.招标条件
本招标项目配电箱等项目 (AGGFGSHGZYD240708141923)招标人为鞍钢股份有限公司设备资材采购中心工程设备采购部,招标项目资金来自自筹,该项目已具备招标条件,现进行公开招标,特邀请有兴趣的潜在投标人(以下简称申请人)提出资格预审申请。
2.项目概况与招标范围
项目名称:配电箱等项目
详见《项目需求清单》、补充说明及附件。
3.申请人资格要求
3.1 本次招标不允许联合体投标。
3.2本次招标要求投标人须具备如下资质要求:
(1)生产型质量管理体系认证(ISO9000)
3.3本次招标要求投标人须满足如下注册资金要求:
生产型注册资金:300.0(万元)及以上
3.4本次招标要求投标人须具备如下业绩要求:
近三年有同类产品国内大型钢铁、冶金、电力、石化企业供货业绩,提供供货业绩证明一份或多份(合同及对应发票)。
3.5本次招标要求投标人须具备如下能力要求、财务要求和其他要求:
财务要求:提供近三年任一年度营业收入证明,金额必须达到300万元以上(含300万元),以国家税务网站截屏或税务机关提供的有效证明或第三方财务审计报告为准。
能力要求:详见附件(如有需要)
其他要求:同时提供低压3C(CQC等)认证。
3.6本次招标要求依法必须进行招标的项目,失信被执行人投标无效。
4.资格预审方法预审
本次资格预审采用预审。
5.申请报名
凡有意申请资格预审者,请于2024年07月09日08时30分至2024年07月19日08时00分(北京时间,下同),登录鞍钢智慧招投标平台http://bid.ansteel.cn报名。
6.资格预审文件的获取
6.1凡通过上述报名者,请于2024年07月09日08时30分至2024年07月19日08时00分(北京时间,下同),登录鞍钢智慧招投标平台http://bid.ansteel.cn下载电子资格预审文件。
6.2下载电子招标文件方式:用户登录进入系统主页面,在“公告信息”下查阅该项目,点击“我要投标”完善相关信息、缴纳相关费用后自行下载文件。
6.3支付方式:个人/企业网银支付、支付宝、微信。
6.4资格预审文件每套售价100.0元,售后不退。
7.资格预审申请文件的递交
7.1递交资格预审申请文件截止时间为2024年07月19日08时00分,投标人应在截止时间前通过登录鞍钢智慧招投标平台http://bid.ansteel.cn本项目指定位置递交资格预审申请文件。
7.2逾期送达的资格预审申请文件,电子招标投标交易平台将予以拒收。
8.发布公告的媒介
本次资格预审公告同时在鞍钢智慧招投标平台http://bid.ansteel.cn、中国采购与招标网https://www.chinabidding.cn、中国招标投标公共服务平台http://www.cebpubservice.com上发布。
