We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Reinstallation Items of Vessel JIAN LONG (Attachment for details)：
（1）Reinstall a 5-ton bowship crane;
（2）Reinstall a 10-ton midship crane;
（3）Exchange long spud and short spud.
When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached here to as Annex 1.
 
Quotation should be submitted on or before 20th November, 2025 at 8:30 AM via email to the address below（Or submit a hard copy to the office.）:

Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum requirement described above and any other annexes providing details of CHEC requirements.
【1】CHEC reserves the right not to award the contract to the lowest priced offer, if the second lowest price among the responsive offer is found to be significantly more superior, and the price is higher than the lowest priced compliant offer by not more than 10%, and the budget can sufficiently cover the price difference. The term “more superior” as used in this provision shall refer to offers that have exceeded the pre-determined requirements established in the specifications.
【2】This contact person and address is designated by CHEC. If inquiries are sent to other person/s or address/es, even if they are CHEC staff, CHEC shall have no obligation to respond nor can CHEC confirm that the query was receive

The quotation that complies with all of the requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
 
Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity) shall be re-computed by CHEC. The unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected. If the supplier does not accept the final price based on CHEC’s re-computation and correction of errors, its quotation will be rejected.
 
CHEC is not bound to accept any quotation, nor award a contract/Purchase Order, nor be responsible for any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process.
 
CHEC implements a zero tolerance on fraud and other proscribed practices, and is committed to identifying and addressing all such acts and practices against CHEC.

Annex 1
REPAIR ITEMS 
 
 
WORK DETAIL
(Provide technical expertise manpower labor and tools to carry-out the following work scope):
(1) Disconnection of hydraulic system prior removal of spud
(2) Dismantling of spud 18 mtrs with clamp, 5 tons capacity lift and take ashore,
(3) Disassemble the short spud and clamp by hrdraulic pack and installlong spud 36.5 mtrs and lift and install onboard including hydraulicsystem.
(4) Lift and install back 2 assembly unit s of crane, housing includingjib (5T and 10T S.wL Capacity)
(5) Install back the the hexagonal bolts and reconnect electricalwirings.
(6) C
arry-out function test after installation on board.
