根据外高东镇外高桥物流园区二期12-2地块土地储备项目的工作需要，为方便后期地块内工程项目施工监管，同时也为消除各类安全隐患，需实施围墙新建工程。 主要施工内容：新建混凝土围墙，高度约2.2米，长度1115米，包含土方开挖，碎石垫层、围墙地基浇筑、基础及墙体砌筑、抹灰等内容。 本项目总投资100.03万元，建安费97.228万元，本项目计划于2026年3月上旬开工，工期90日历天（具体以实际开工为准）。本次采购为该工程监理，采取“择优选取”方式选取中介服务机构。

（一）在中介集市报名前3个月内存在1次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的； （二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的； （三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的； （四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的 I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market. II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market. III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market. IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
