新高苑一期及楼下佳苑小区围墙栏杆更换工程：该项目主要是拆除原围嫱铸铁围栏及铸铁消防通道门，新做黑色铁栏杆，原有立柱及矮墙铲除粉刷层，柱墙体破损空鼓抹灰层需铲除后重新抹灰再刷外墙涂料，零星修缮及监控防盗设备拆除等。 杨园体育公园改造工程：该公园作本镇居民休闲娱乐的重要场所，总面积达12724 平方米。经过多年的使用，公园内附属设施存在腐朽破损情况，主园路因排水不畅而积水严重，周边的绿化明显不足，不仅影响了美观，存在安全隐患和噪音扰民问题，给居民带来极大的不便。为了改善这些状况，优化公园整体活动空间，更好地满足居民目常休闲活动需求；工程实施内容包括拆除工程、铺装工程、设施小品及配套工程、绿化工程、排气和电气工程等。
