一、交货地址：江苏苏州市虎丘区浒关工业园浒杨路71号
二、保证金额度：0.0元
三、商务条款：1. 严格按照技术协议执行。注意品牌 原装进口 2、质量要求、技术标准：按双方确认的图纸、双方签订的技术协议及相关行业标准执行。 3、交货时间：以合同为准。 4、交货地点：苏州浒关工业园浒杨路71号 苏州大方仓库。 5、包装要求：包装结实牢固，运输过程中不得碰撞磨损。 6、交货方式及费用负担：汽车运输，运费及途中风险由供方承担。 7、产品的验收：需方根据双方确认的图纸、双方签订的技术协议及相关行业标准验收，需方的验收不免除供方因违反《中华人民共和国产品质量法》所产生的责任。 8、结算方式及期限：详见合同。 9、三包约定：质量实行三包，三包期自整机出厂运行一年，产品出现故障，供方应在接到需方通知后24小时内到达产品使用现场维修排除故障，并承担相关费用。 10、违约责任：如供方不能按期保质交货，从应交货之日起，供方每天按合同总额的1%支付违约金给需方，逾期供货超过合同约定30日，需方有权解除合同，供方仍需支付延期交货违约金；如因产品质量问题导致事故发生的，供方应支付合同总额20%的质量罚款给需方，如此款不足弥补需方损失的，以实际损失为准。 11、随机配件： 12、随机资料：供方交货时提供产品合格证、产品检验报告等相关资料。(进口件交货时需提供：质量证明书、使用及维护说明书、通关证明等资料) 13、解决合同纠纷的方法：双方协商解决，协商不成，可诉至需方所在地人民法院。
