圭亚那GPL053输变电EPC总承包项目清关协议工作内容包含但不限于：负责LOT1和LOT3临建设施的所有设计服务。
Professional Subcontracting for Customs clearance agreement FORTHE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS PHASE 2 LOT 1 & LOT 3 includes but is not limited to:Responsible for handling the import customs clearance procedures for the aforementioned goods, including document review and organization, customs declaration, coordination with customs inspections, payment of taxes and fees (taxes and fees are 0, Party A will issue a tax exemption letter), goods release, and coordination of related logistics processes.

乙方应按照甲方要求及圭亚那相关规定，及时、准确完成相关设计。

Party B shall, in accordance with the requirements of Party A and the relevant regulations of Guyana, complete the relevant designs in a timely and accurate manner.

四、
资格要求与合同条件

IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms

1.为履行本设计服务合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的设计资质，具备完成类似工程的施工经验和业绩，并已通过中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的资格审查，并成为中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的合格分包商。
1. To fulfill this design service contract, the bidder must at least meet the design qualifications of this tender project, possess the construction experience and performance of similar projects, and have passed the qualification review of China Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and become a qualified subcontractor of China Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.
2.投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。
2. The bidding homo sapiens must possess independent legal homo sapiens qualification, and this project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.
3.为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。

To be eligible for contract award, the bidding homo sapiens shall submit qualification documents satisfactory to the tendering homo sapiens, demonstrating compliance with the bidding eligibility criteria and capability to perform the contract. 5.按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。

8.中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同。
