资质:具有合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照,投标时需提供原件扫描件(原件备查)。供应商成立时间要求不低于3年,具备出口资质(注:与我方海外公司直接签署美元合同)。 业绩:2022年1月1日至投标截止日(以合同签订时间为准),投标人应具有至少1项氮气作业服务业绩或氮气作业租赁业绩或氮气设备制造业绩。投标人须提交业绩表,并提交相关证明 文件。业绩证明文件包括不限于:合同首页、签字页、明细清单页、结算发票或完工确认单等内容。

★连续工作时间24小时连续工作★输出压力最大工作压力35MPa动力供应该设备采用柴油机作为动力来源,照明、冷冻干燥机等用电设备由随机配备的1台柴油发电机提供电力支持。5.主要设备详细参数及要求5.1螺杆空气压缩设备(1).总体要求型式:撬装,同时考虑吊装、维修方便性;为保证空压机安全、可靠地运行,设备具有排气温度、压力、等控制措施,满足高温下运行要求,同时应具有油位指示计、泄油阀、安全阀、泄放阀、最小压力阀、温控阀、压力表等附件;为了保障夏季正常施工,空压机和柴油机散热器需要加装喷淋装置,保证设备正常运行。(2).技术要求空压机:A.品牌:提供针对沙尘和高温的定制化维护方案的品牌,首选寿力、阿特拉斯、英格索兰等B.排气压力:≥2.4MPa;C.排气量:>40m3/min;D.气体含油:≤5mg/m3;E.排气油颗粒:≤5μm;F.排气含尘颗粒:≤5μm;G.供气温度:≤50℃;H.主要配置:重载吸气空气过滤器、标准油气分离器及油冷却器、自动调温型温控阀、气动式进气阀(0~l00%流量控制)、、全天候润滑油、火花捕捉器、自动保护装置(压缩机温度过高或油压过低,操作压力过高或过低时自动停机保护)、空气压力表、排气温度表、油位计、油过滤器保养指示表、油压表。柴油机:A.型号:发动机选型等级不低于美国CATERPILLAR公司C18,提供针对沙尘和高温的定制化维护方案的品牌B.型式:直列6缸4冲程柴油机;C.柴油机功率:≥630hp,满足长期运行的要求;D.柴油机转速:≥1800rpm;E.主要配置:自动保护装置(发动机油压过低、油温过高、水温过高、转速过高时自动保护)、双级干式空气滤清器、水冷却器、节温器、充油泵和输油泵、燃油滤清器、燃烧冷却器、排气消音器及火花抑制器、机油冷却器、机油滤清器、水温表、油压表、燃油压力表、转速表、电压表、运转计时器、充电发电机和启动蓄电池。(3).空压机控制系统配置1)仪器和仪表:发动机水温表、润滑油压力表、燃油压力表、转速表、运转计时器。诊断性停机指示器:安装在仪表板和工控机触摸屏上,指示显示停机原因,简化故障查询。2)仪表及变送器:空气压力表及变送器、压缩机出口温度表及变送器、空气过滤器保养指示器、运转计时器、油位计及断电器、高/低压力选择开关等。3)保护停机开关:当空气压缩机油温过高或油压过低、排气温度过高、操作压力过高或过低时,均能测知并自动停机保护,保护电路还可在机器检修时防止启动器连接。4)进气阀、自动调温型温控阀。5)两级空气过滤器。6)出口排气量能够根据负载情况自动调节。7)吸气重载过滤器并带有保养指示器,提示清洗或更换滤芯。5.2制氮膜组设备选用耐高温、易维保的膜组,首选美国麦道MD4640型膜组或赢创膜组,规格如下:1)最大工作压力:不低于2.4MPa;2)工作温度:满足作业终端冬夏季以及极端环境下的作业需要;3)储存温度:0~50℃;4)使用寿命:10年以上5)使用工况:适应高水气、高温、高腐蚀等油田工作现场,属于耐水、耐油性能好的复合膜。(1).制氮膜组装置技术要求氮气流量:在不同氮气纯度状况下对应的氮气流量必须满足下表要求:氮气纯度95%备注★额定氮气实际流量(N.m3/h)≥10001)氮气纯度:95%-99%之间可调;2)流量计量精度:误差≤1%;3)出口压力:≥1.6MPa;4)电制:三相三线制380V50Hz(220V50Hz);5)防爆等级:≥ExdIIBT4;6)防护等级:≥IP65;7)控制方式:就地/自动控制(PID)。8)主要配置:A.采用强度高、减震性能好的结构装置固定膜组,外部设计防碰护架和防护板,内部用防爆恒温电伴热带进行加热(膜组模块内部设有温度监测仪,到达一定温度后自动变阻保持温度恒定,当内部温度低于设定值时,自动启动电伴热带进行加热)。设有富氧收集排放管线,将模块内部产生的富氧气体收集排出。;B.表面保护:膜管、仪表和现场易损部件要用防护装置进行处理;C.系统在膜组的入口及出口处均设有压力变送器和温度传感器,当压缩空气超压或超温时,会发出声光报警,压缩空气自动排空保护膜组件;同时,氮气纯度不合格时压缩空气自动排空;(2).空气处理系统空气在进入膜组之前要经过气、水分离和多级空气处理,以达到高纯净度、干燥的要求。同时安装有空气加热器,以保持压缩空气以恒定的温度进入膜组。1)1.7MPa下压缩空气过滤量:大于2800Nm3/h;2)过滤系统:必须采取四级以上的过滤方式,各级过滤器采用原装国际知名品牌;3)冷干机除却压缩空气中的水分,1.7MPa下冷干机压缩空气处理量大于2800Nm3/h;4)活性炭塔吸附压缩空气中的精细油雾;5)采用多级过滤器除油和固体颗粒;最终进入膜管的压缩空气中油雾、尘埃含量:油雾直径小于0.001ppm,固体颗粒直径小于0.01μm;6)各级过滤器配备国内外一线品牌手自动排放装置,正常状态下,设定时间自动排放液态水。7)空气加热器采用不锈钢材料制作,自动恒温控制,具备温度显示、监测和超温报警、保护功能,温度控制范围为:43--48℃;同时电加热器做双重保护处理,在自动控制失灵的情况下,自动切断加热器电源主路,同时报警;电加热器本体做隔热保温处理;8)空气处理系统配备压差显示器;9)空压机柴油机机油底壳排油口引出排油管线到空压机撬边,排油口出口部分安装球阀并带有丝堵。(3).制氮膜组系统制氮膜组系统,采用PLC全自动控制方式,由采样监测、纯度控制、温度控制及系统保护等环节组成。氮气纯度和操作温度的控制都是自动调控的,由外部(操作人)设定。可以在线随机检测气体含氧量并通过氧分析仪显示当时气体含氧量,同时控制器与设定值进行比较,自动将纯度和温度调节在设定的数值上。控制系统还设计有气体达标自动排放的切换支路,可将所需产品气纯度设定,即设定排放切换点。当由纯度控制阀调节达到设定纯度,即含氧量低于设定排放点时,气体通过合格产气支路输入使用点;而当含氧量高于设定排放点时,即产品气达不到设定纯度时,排放支路自动打开,将超标气体排空。为便于不同工况下流量调节,每根膜具有单独的进气与排气管,每根膜的进排气管均配备球阀,便于每根膜的灵活关断与启用。1)氮气纯度控制系统PID调节和纯度控制阀自动调节产品气纯度,根据使用的不同纯度需求,在人机界面上设定氮气纯度,同时通过氧气分析仪检测到的实际纯度,控制系统比较、分析、计算,得到纯度调节阀门的开度。然后PLC给出阀门开度信号到调节阀的电气定位器,通过执行机构控制阀门开度大小,以达到完全自动控制氮气纯度的要求。纯度调节阀选用全部原装进口产品。2)监测系统流量监测:可直读氮气在标准状态下的瞬时流量和累计流量。氧气监测:氧气测量精度±0.001%,氧分析仪、氧传感器采用国际品牌,氧传感器使用年限达五年以上,可测定的氧气含量范围1ppm至25%。压力监测:膜组进气压力和膜组排气压力。温度监测:加热器前后温度和排气温度。制氮系统各种检测操作异常自动报警并保护。5.3增压机设备1.氮气增压设备(1).总体要求增压机机组型式:车载式撬装;同时考虑吊装、维修的方便性;为保证增压机安全、可靠地运行,设备具有排气温度、排气压力、机组振动等控制措施,同时应具有油位指示计、安全阀、泄放阀、温控阀、压力表、压力控制器等附件;该设备应具有本地和远程控制功能,本地控制为防爆控制箱,可实现远程和本地启动、停止、调速、紧急停车等设备各项保护报警功能。为保证设备在夏季高温状态下(50℃)的正常运行,设备冷却器加装喷淋装置。(2).技术要求1)增压机A.品牌:提供针对沙尘和高温的定制化维护方案的品牌,首选KW或AREILB.介质:氮气;C.排气量:>1200N.m3/h(900N.m3/h-1200N.m3/h范围内可调);D.吸气压力:1.6MPa以上;E.吸气温度:≤50℃;F.排气压力:≥35MPa;G.电器防爆等级:不低于ExdIIBT4;H.电器防护等级:不低于IP56;I.排气量在900N.m3/h-1200N.m3/h范围内可调。2)柴油机:A.型号:发动机选型等级不低于美国CATERPILLAR公司C9,提供针对沙尘和高温的定制化维护方案的品牌B.型式:直列6缸4冲程柴油机;C.柴油机功率:325hp,可满足长期运行的需要;D.柴油机转速:1800rpm;E.主要配置:自动保护装置(发动机油压过低、油温过高、水温过高、转速过高时自动保护)、双级干式空气滤清器、水冷却器、节温器、充油泵和输油泵、燃油滤清器、燃烧冷却器、排气消音器及火花抑制器、机油冷却器、机油滤清器、水温表、油压表、燃油压力表、转速表、电压表、运转计时器、充电发电机和启动蓄电池。3)具体要求:设备生产厂家自己成套设备,必须提供增压机厂家的授权成套的证明材料(授权书),禁止不是增压机厂家授权成套商的设备生产厂家自己采购增压机头和柴油机进行拼装。(3).控制系统1)氮气增压机系统控制采用就地与远程控制相结合的控制方式,增压机的启动、停止、调速、加载既可在增压机自身的控制箱上实现控制,也可在中央控制箱(膜组撬控制箱)上实现,主要的接触器、继电器等控制元件安装在增压机自身的控制箱内,而远程中央控制箱(膜组撬控制箱)上仅安装远程控制按钮(启动、停止、加载、卸载按钮);2)控制要求对过载、增压机各级温度、压力超高、震动过大、气缸缺油、曲轴箱油温超高等异常实现报警停机;3)对增压机的控制实时检测进气压力、各级排气压力、一级排气温度、二级排气温度、三级排气温度、四级排气温度、润滑油压力、润滑油温度、冷却水温度、增压机振动、油分配器等,对异常情况报警停机;4)PLC安装在中央控制箱内,采集处理增压机进气压力、各级排气压力、一级排气温度、二级排气温度、三级排气温度、四级排气温度、润滑油压力、润滑油温度、冷却水温度、发动机转速等参数,远传到工控机面板显示;5)所有现场传感器、仪表均采用防爆型式;6.其他配套设备6.1油箱在两部撬装制氮车上分别装有能够保证装置连续工作不低于24小时使用的外置式柴油箱,油箱配油位计、加油孔和排污孔。6.2连接管线低压制氮车和高压注氮车联接采用软管联接(外包钢丝网):工作压力:≥4MPa口径:2\"长度:6m数量:2套(每根含公/母接头)接头方式:FIG1502由壬高压出口管线工作压力:35MPa接口形式:2\"FIG1502长度:2米/根,共10根活动弯头工作压力:35MPa接口形式:2\"FIG1502数量:4件7.技术资料供方提供设备同时提供以下技术资料设备购买或租赁合同证明及设备生产年限证明设备实物照片、设备机身铭牌产品及主要部件的使用说明书(操作维护保养手册)压力容器的法定文件设备清单产品合格证质量证明书零部件手册设备的正常工作点的标识,在明显位置用金属牌标识。8.功能测试要求设备起运前由买方组织设备验收,验收要求请参照附件要求。Attachment3.1-STM-WI-PO-007_Nitrogenequipmentcommissioningoperation1、查验证书,包括但不限于第7项中要求的证书文件。2、新设备出厂前的调试记录,或者近一年的使用维护保养记录。3、向买方发出验收邀请之前需完成国家认证第三方机构完成的设备检验有效证书,包含膜制氮设备压力表年检证书、安全阀年检证书、压力容器和高压管件壁厚侧厚证书。4、向买方发出验收邀请之前需完成的第三方机构(比如SGS、BV等)设备性能认证证书。5、向买方发出验收邀请之前检验证书有效期至少6个月9.包装、标识及运输(1)车载膜制氮设备的所有铭牌和警示为中英文两种文字;(2)每件产品包装有重心和吊装位置标志,便于运输和吊装,并在醒目位置设置铭牌。铭牌内容包括:产品名称、型号规格、主要技术参数、出厂日期、产品序列号、生产厂家等;(3)设备经防腐和防锈处理。设备所有裸露的出入口须密封;(4)符合海运要求。10.交货地点及交货方式天津港,FCA11.培训设备在发运前,卖方按买方要求在卖方基地对买方人员进行操作、使用、维修等方面的技术培训与技术服务。授标后,卖方参照附件Attachm
